Miss Teen Ellis County/Kafarra Douglas

Come and join me, Miss Teen Ellis County, Kafarra Douglas, as I travel to Dallas VA Medical Center. I will be among many Teen title holders entertaining our Veterans. This will be a Pre-memorial Day Show on May 27th at 1:00 at the Dallas VA Medical Center. We would appreciate your support. After all, we are helpers one to another and we will try to bring as much joy to our veterans as we can. We will be entertaining with Ventriloquist, dancing, and my favorite (in song). Yes, I will be performing in song. So you don't want to miss it. Go ahead and become apart of brightening someone else's day. Let you light shine.

Capitol Day/Va Hospitals

Hello it's that time again. I am on the move again and this time I am on my way to the Capitol to visit Ellis County's State Representative, Jim Pitts and Ellis County's Senator, Kip Averitt. I will also be paying a visit to our veterans in the Waco and Temple VA Hospital. I will be signing autographs at the Waco VA Hospital on March 28th and then I will perform 2 songs in Temple at the VA Hospital. Many Miss and Teens will be on this trip and many are performing so don't miss out on this wonderful treat. I will arrive at the Capitol on March 29. Please come out and support us. It's time for the 2010 Little Miss Ellis County Pageant. This pageant will be Sunday, March 21 at 2:00 p.m. The pageant will be held at the D. L. Hopkins, JR. Senior Center at 206 James Collins in Duncanville, TX 75138. Please come out and support the Little Miss Ellis County Pageant. Our very own Miss Ellis County 2010, Allison Seward will be there as well as myself. We both will be performing our talent so please do not miss this terrific event. Your support is very much appreciated. We hope to see you there.

Fundraiser (March Madness) Fundraiser

Oh My! It's already March and I have so much to do. I invite you all to come to the Haltom City Area (in Dallas) on March 6. I will be helping with a DENIM & DIAMOND (Fundraiser). Shilah Phillips became the First African American Miss Texas on July 8, 2006. She finished as first runner up in the 2007 Miss America Pageant .

Vanessa Williams became the 56th Miss America and the first African American woman to be chosen to represent the title. Suzette Charles, 2nd African American Miss America and Caressa Cameron became the 3rd African American woman to win the Title of Miss America.
